"Last night I dreamed

I was playing guitar . . .

and I said to myself, 'if you're, very, very good, maybe you will do that again someday.'"

So went the musings of a man whose muscles could no longer move. Stricken with a debilitating motor neuron disease, he  sadly never again was able to play the guitar, the instrument he loved the most. However, he continued to make music: using a Macintosh computer with a head mouse, Russ composed and recorded a collection of original music, Songs From the Iron Chair.
